Latin America

From Monterrey to Santiago, Latin American offices run on 110–127 V or 220 V depending on the country — our pods don't care. Universal power input, spare parts riding inside every container and a sales team that quotes in Spanish: that is how we make a 30-day sea leg feel short.

What buyers in Latin America ask

110 V or 220 V — does it matter?

Not for pods: the power module accepts 110–220 V, so the same SKU works in Mexico City (127 V) and Santiago (220 V). LUME luminaires are built 220 V as standard; tell us your grid at order time and we fit 110 V drivers for 110–127 V markets.

What if something breaks a month after arrival?

Every container carries a free spare-parts kit sized to the order — latches, seals, fan modules, LED drivers. Anything beyond that ships by express under warranty: five years on frames, one year on electricals and furniture. Transit damage is replaced free, full stop.

Can one container mix pods, lights and panels?

Yes — that is the point of the ecosystem. Pods, LUME lighting, screen workstations and PET panels load together, one supplier, one shipment, one document set. We plan the loading list with you so the container cube is used to the last centimetre.
