Can you support an EU tender?
Yes — that is standard work for us. We provide acoustic test reports per ISO 23351-1, material declarations (E1 particleboard, low-VOC finishes), dimensional drawings and specification paragraphs in English, French or Spanish. Reply within one working day while your tender window is open.
Do pods need building work to install?
No. Every pod is freestanding: two people, about 40 minutes for a single pod, standard tools, no fixings to floor or ceiling. That matters in Europe's leased offices and listed buildings — you take the pods with you when the lease ends.
What about finishes and colour palettes?
Full PET felt colour card across lighting, panels and screens, plus DOV shell colours on workstations and laminated-glass or frosted options on pods. We send physical swatch boxes with your first order so your designers can match the project palette before the container lands.
